Information you provide directly

When you submit our contact or quote-request form, we collect the information you choose to provide, which typically includes your name, company, role, email address, phone number, property address, and any details about your fire-protection requirements.

When you visit our website, our hosting provider and analytics tools may collect technical information about your visit:

• Pages you visit and time spent on each
• Referring website (where you came from)
• Anonymized session recordings used for usability analysis

• Contact-form submissions: typically up to 7 years (to maintain records of customer relationships)
• Analytics data: retained per the analytics provider’s defaults (14–26 months for Google Analytics)
• Customer service records: the duration of our relationship plus 7 years after, for warranty and compliance documentation

Your rights

Under PIPEDA, you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct any inaccurate information
• Withdraw your consent to our use of your information (where consent is the legal basis)
• Make a complaint about how we handle your information

Children’s privacy

Our website and services are intended for property managers, building owners, and commercial decision-makers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Anti-spam (CASL)

If we send you electronic messages, it is because you have given us express consent (e.g., by submitting our contact form), you have an existing business relationship with us, or the communication is necessary to provide the service you requested. You can unsubscribe from any non-essential communications at any time by contacting us.
